Poultry Processing

We offer seasonal chicken processing.  By helping small scale and backyard farmers process their own poultry we are supporting local, farm efforts and a healthier food source.  We are willing to work side by side with you and offer the use of our processing equipment.  We specialize in teaching others how to process their own birds. Our mission is to enable and encourage more people to raise their own poultry as an effort to keep our food close to home and limit inhumane poultry farming and processing. We can support your efforts by offering a poultry plucker, thermostatically controlled scalder, stainless table and sink and a method which honors and respects your farm to table product.
